香薰園 / Lavander Garden

參加了教會的旅行，其實一早都知是長者團契搞的，但想不到年青的真的佔很少數很少數…其實香薰園也不是第一次來，起初真的很怕會悶。

無論是什麼年紀，都應該投入，才可以玩得開心，所以我沒有想太多，跟老人家一起玩遊戲贏禮物，跑跑跳跳，當我們開懷了，便會發覺身邊到處是驚喜呢！

玩完集體活動，我和齊齊開心地盪鞦韆，我們真盪很久也不願停，我也玩過搖搖板，都是很簡單的玩意，但很開心！

然後吃盤菜，我和細佬都肚子餓，所以乖乖地自己吃，吃很多！

吃完盤菜後，媽媽帶了我們去農田，天氣不夠冷所以沒有得摘士多啤梨，但可以拔蕃薯呢！我和細佬拿著鋤頭去拔，段人頭入場計出最低消費，當然越少越好，但媽媽說她對農務一竅不通，所以只叫sa姐姐幫忙，好在有sa姐姐，願來她很熟悉農務的，她教我們認各種的農作物，這裡除了有蕃薯，也有稻米、蕃茄、薯仔、粟米、蕉、等等，我們好像來了一個導賞團一樣，真好！這裡的蕃薯都是大大個，我們拔了三個，$86，超資了！

今天我有機會親身來到平日很少機會見到的農田，真的意想不到，好像上了一堂很寶貴的自然科學堂。

 

媽媽有一次在便利店裡看到一班年青人出版的雜誌，講到香港農業，今天又可以親身體會一下，特別有感覺呢！唔…媽媽說她會盡快將雜誌看完，分享更多有關內容的！

Today we joined a trip to Lavander Garden organized by an eldery group of our church. It was not the first time we visit Lavander Garden. At the same time, there was only a few youth joining the trip. We wondered if it would be a boring day....

We should enjoy and play, without thinking too much including how old are we. We did complete with other elderies in order to win the prize and ran around. After that, I found there are surprises everywhere.

After some group games, Chaichai and I played on the swings for a long long time. I also played seesaw. Yes. We love those simple, ancient but funny facilities.

Then, we had big bowl feast. As chaichai and I were hungary, we ate by ourselves continuously.

Finished our feast, Mama brought us to the farmland.  It was not the season for strawberry so we did another - picking up sweet potatos. Mama said that she know nothing about agriculture and has no idea on location on buried sweet potatos. Mama thus asked sister Sa to come along. We brought some tools with us. Thank sister Sa, she is so famililies with agriculture. She helped us to locate the sweet potatos and identifed different types of crops including paddy, tomato, potato, sweet corn, banana etc. We seemed like attending a farmland tour. Nice~It was so unexpected, vaulable and meaningful.

Mama once saw a magazine published by youth which was about agriculture in Hong Kong. Mama thus got the feeling that she wants to know more and understand more about agriculture.  Mama promised that she will finish the book at her soonest and share the content here.
