早前說過，津津的英語不太好，但其實津津是很有潛力的，因為津津喜歡看書、喜歡表達自己、喜歡學習又好記性。早前，在一本雜誌上看到，『每個人對子女教育的要求或會有不同，但過程都是一樣---付出』，十分同意，所以，我決定要多花心思在津津的英語學習上。
我問津津：『去上英文班好唔好呀？』
津津說：『唔好啦…我好驚呀！』
不要緊，現階段就讓媽媽指導你，讓你有多點信心，才去上英文班。
媽媽自己的英文也不好，所以很明白英文不好很多限制，因此很想幫津津你打好基礎，現在每天教你英文拼音，學生字，又跟你一起看英文書，原來，教導小朋友真的要循序漸進，先讓你看一些簡單，重覆又重覆的，讀多了你便記得，記住了，信心又增多了，看著你高興地看完一本英文書，雖然是很淺易的一本，感到很欣慰，還馬上拿起筆自動自覺地做閱讀報告，把新學的生字都寫出來，啊！是媽媽的最大鼓勵！

As I mentioned before, Venus is rather weak in English. But I do think that Chunchun has the talent for English as she loves reading, expessing herself, learning new things and has a good memory. I once read from a magazine saying that: "You may have a different expectation on your child. But the same is, to develop a child, you have to pay effort". I agree and thus decide to pay effort in children's English learning.
"Would you like to attend English class?" I asked Chunchun.
"No. I scare...." Chunchun answered.
Nevermind. I understand you. Let's Mama teach you and develop your confidence before attending English class.
In fact, Mama is also not good at English and realize that weak in English has hindered my prospect. I really want to help you to develop the foundamantals. Recently, I teach you phonics, vocabulary and read English books with you everyday. At first, we read books with easy and repeated phrases. Having read the repeated phrases again and again, you remember some of them and then read them out fluently. I feel very happy and proud of you when I see you finished a book with a happy smile even thought the book is easy. After that, you pick up your pencil and do your book report without being asked to do so, you know that, you have given Mama the greatest motivation to keep it up.
